Ten years of getting approvals through
Ideal Certification Pvt Ltd has been advising Indian businesses on licensing, certification and statutory registration since 2016 — the unglamorous work that decides whether a company can legally trade, bid and hire.
Founded on a simple frustration
In 2016 we kept meeting the same person: a capable business owner holding a rejected application and no explanation. They had paid a consultant, received a checklist, submitted what was asked, and been turned down for a reason nobody had warned them about — an affidavit on the wrong stamp value, an objects clause that did not cover the activity, a training institute the state did not recognise.
The problem was not the rules. It was that the person filing had never actually sat with the business to understand what it did. So we built the firm around a different default: one consultant, who talks to you first, and who stays on your file until the certificate is in your hand.
A decade on, that is still the whole model. We have deliberately not expanded into every service under the sun. We do a focused set of registrations, and we do them often enough to know how each state's officers actually behave.
At a glance
Four principles we do not bend
These are the things clients tell us made the difference, so we have written them down.
You talk to the person doing the work
No account managers relaying messages to a back office. The consultant who assesses your case is the one who drafts and files it, and you have their direct number.
We will talk you out of things
If a certification will not help you win the contract you are chasing, we say so. Selling a business a registration it does not need is the fastest way to lose it as a client.
We draft, you sign
Affidavits, undertakings, MoUs, board resolutions and objects clauses are prepared by us. A checklist emailed to a client is not advice.
Honest timelines
PSARA takes 45 to 90 days because police verification takes as long as it takes. We would rather tell you that than promise two weeks and go quiet.
Who we spend our time with
Our service list is narrow by design, and it reflects the clients who keep coming back. Most of our work sits at the intersection of licensing and labour compliance — the combination that trips up growing businesses.
- Private security agenciesPSARA licensing plus the EPF, ESIC and labour registrations it depends on.
- Government suppliersGeM listing, vendor assessment and the ISO certification most tenders demand.
- Manufacturers and processorsQuality, environment and safety management systems, and the certification that evidences them.
- Startups and new companiesIncorporation, DPIIT recognition, GST and the first year of statutory compliance.
What an engagement looks like
- A conversation, not a formWe ask what you do, who your clients are and what you are trying to win.
- A written scope and quoteItemised: statutory fees on one line, our fee on another.
- A short document requestOnly what is genuinely needed, with samples where the format matters.
- Drafting and filingWe prepare everything and deal with the department directly.
- Handover and diaryCertificate delivered, renewal and surveillance dates recorded.
